Report on South Bristol Trainers Workshop educational away days
The first day was facilitated by Prof Gill Wakley, author of a number of books on healthcare issues and education. Morning session was on feeling able to demonstrate your competence as a trainer and the afternoon session was being able to tackle challenging registrars. On the second day we worked on our Educational Plan for the Registrar which we'd first developed as a workshop nearly 10 years ago and which we'd decided was in need of updating! Final version as a result of that day's work can be viewed by clicking here.

Also, Jeff Clark from Woodside practice demonstrated his excellent website with 2 pages designed to help trainers (click here) and registrars (click here) with useful websites. Thanks Jeff from all the group for sharing this resource with us and making it available to Bristol trainers generally.
