360 DEGREE APPRAISAL
I am asking the whole practice team to carry out a 360 degree appraisal of my performance at work. This is in order to help me improve what I do, and to prioritise what I decide to work on over the coming year. I hope this can help with team building.

Appraisal needs to be honest and constructive to be useful. Try to couch any criticism in terms of what may be done better.
